A bit of non-fiction which I feel is super important and I always feel more enthusiastic when it’s summer. I don’t know about anyone else, but I struggle with the want to change and be 100% eco friendly and actually achieving or sticking to it.
So I am hoping this will give just a few tips so I can change our home life gradually with less pressure. I know some might argue that we should all make huge changes and right now but it’s hard enough with a family of four and a job and life so it will have to be baby steps..
These are a @janespatisserie recipe. I had a dream about making flapjacks and then of course it had to happen and I took them along with the Blondies to the beach get together. They went down SO well but I do still have lots left 😂 (oh well 😉)

Been a bit quiet on here and need to find my cooking mojo again but I really enjoyed making these and I’ve felt quite peaceful for the last few hours. I cook for mental therapy a lot of the time so it was nice to locate some inner peace.
So I’ve been a little quiet on here recently. I am reading more, and taking some time to reflect on what I need in life. Big changes are coming for us personally (all positive) but it’s a lot to think about and I only have so many post it notes available in my head 😂 I just need to pause.. I may post but at the moment it won’t be every day! Xxx
My wonderful SIL @bethanyrosanna5 made these @janespatisserie lemon slices and OMG I had to shout about them. She is usually my baking partner but lockdown put a stop to out kitchen meets. I hope they will resume pronto 🥰
We went to Marwell Zoo yesterday to take the boys out for a school holidays trip (it chucked it down all day) but no joke the only time the sun shone was when these babies were revealed. Super tangy and full of sugar and yummy ness, it was the best treat.
So much so that I had one for my pudding after takeaway last night and just scoffed another 😳🤣

This only lost a star based on texture. It felt more like a thick soup than it did a curry, however the taste delivered 100% and I enjoyed the texture especially with my whole meal pitta.
This is a vegan frozen meal. It’s SO easy and takes just 6 minutes in the microwave so perfect for those evenings where you just don’t have much time.
Been out of touch for a few days – it’s been the first time I’ve properly seen my mum since January which is the longest I think we’ve really been apart!
I’ve napped, read my book, we’ve shopped and been out to @thecoastbar restaurant and filled our tummy’s ❤️ a perfect weekends rest from being a mummy to relax.
This banoffee waffle was insane. We shared one between the two of us but oh man was it yummy! Super intense toffee which I like 👌🏻👌🏻
COURGETTE, SUNDRIED TOMATO & PEPPER AND BLACK OLIVE BREAD
Well this turned out a treat! Super easy with a no ride bake and a great addition to an afternoon spread when entertaining.
Can be made vegan although this one hasn’t. Then either serve with buttery flavoured Flora or if you eat fish then an anchovy butter.

This is a Greek mezze dish which packs a punch in flavour and delivers on cinnamon which just does it for me 🥰 in heaven!
